This gorgeous apartment is located in El Paraiso, being an equal distance from the centre of Marbella and Estepona. Enjoy your evenings in the gorgeous town of Estepona , only a 10-minute car journey away, with its lovely old town and fantastic board walk. The apartment is within walking distance from a range of bars and restaurants, and the beach is a 10-minute walk away. The property has 4 bedrooms, two with double beds and two with kingsized beds. It is beautifully decorated. Two of the bathrooms have bathtubs. There is a spacious living room, and a lovely garden. Enjoy the Marbella sun next to the stunning two pool areas with altogether 3 pools, including a children's pool. There is also an exceptional 75m2 roof terrace with 360 views over sea and gorgeous mountain. The kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer. In one of the bathrooms, there is a washing machine and dryer. There is also parking available. A Baby high chair and baby cot are available in the apartment. Only 200m away, there are padel and tennis courts available, and the location is perfect for those who enjoy golf, with the lovely El Paraiso golf course near by. There is also a fantastic gym.
Not only does this apartment offer great convenience, but our lock box system means that collection can take place from our office no matter how late your flight arrives, onwards from the check-in time.
