    Welcome to Resina penthouse! A brand new, large, luxurious & modern duplex with Scandinavian design in the best location, just minutes from Puerto Banus and the beach and Estepona!

    This bright and spacious penthouse is located within easy walking distance of 5 min to the beach and the beach promenade.
    The beach promenade has several of restaurants/ beach bars and next to the complex you find a nice play areas for children and the river for hikers.

    The apartment itself is completely new and decorated to a very high Scandinavian standard. It is spread out over 2 floors and has 2 large terraces with an impressive solarium with partial sea views on its southeast orientation.

    On the first floor you find one bathroom, a spacious living room decorated with luxury furniture and sofa as well as a television and a dining table. Furthermore there is a terrace with a dining table for 6 people perfect for a al-fresco dining. On this floor is also the fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine.

    On the top floor there is a the master bedroom beautifully designed with its own en-suite bathroom and further two more bedrooms with a shared bathroom that leads out to a enormous southeast facing solarium, prepared with outdoor kitchen, bbq, sun-beds for 6 people, parasols, palm trees, dining table for 6 person and chill out furnitures. There are also exercise equipment for those who want to exercise on the terrace.

    In the apartment there's fiber optic internet, apple tv and a central air conditioning system. For people travelling with children or people who wants privacy and be near the beach this is the perfect place.

    There is an elevator in the building and private parking spaces in the underground garage. Guests also have access to the communal pool with sun lounges and parasols provided within the gated complex.

    Just meters away from the beautiful Selwo Zoo, and with the nearest supermarket just few minutes away in car. Puerto Banus is within a 10-15 minutes drive away and the center of Estepona not more than a 5 minutes drive.

    La Resina is a well maintained high standard complex and it’s a quiet family oriented community where to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. It’s s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party. This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbor's and nearby houses.
    Not only does this apartment offer great convenience, but our lock box system means that collection can take place from our office no matter how late your flight arrives, onwards from the check-in time.
