Modern and recently renovated apartment close to puerto banus. The apartment has its own private terrace with outdoor seating, allowing for ultimate comfort. Alongside this, it has a private bbq which makes having a cozy night in easy and fun! There are views of La concha from the terrace which can be admired without disruptions. The apartment is bright and spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The urbanization has fountains throughout and an Olympic sized swimming pool, all nestled within tropical palm trees. The bathrooms are brand new and make you feel like you are staying in a 5 star hotel with there huge showers. There are huge mirrors throughout so you can make sure your holiday outfits are perfect head to toe. All features are new in the kitchen, it has an island to eat from and the warm lighting installed makes it feel so luxurious. It has a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, utensils, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and kettle all provided in the kitchen. The apartment has a very fresh, clean feel to it, making your holiday as relaxing as possible.
