Modern and stylish apartment close to Puerto Banus. The apartment has its own private terrace with outdoor seating, allowing for ultimate comfort. The apartment is bright and spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The urbanization has fountains throughout and an Olympic sized swimming pool, all nestled within tropical palm trees. The bathrooms are brand new and make you feel like you are staying in a luxury hotel. There is plenty of wardrobe space to put all your holiday essentials. Two of the bedrooms have huge double beds, the third has a single bed and finally the fourth is equipped with 2 single beds. Making the sleeping arrangements super flexible for guests. All features are new in the kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, utensils, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and kettle all provided in the kitchen. The apartment has a very fresh, clean feel to it, making your holiday as cozy as possible. The stylish design makes this no ordinary apartment, it makes it so much more!
One of the best part of the apartment is it’s proximity to Puerto Banus, which has so many restaurants, cafe and bars for guests to choose from.
Not only does this apartment offer great convenience, but our lock box system means that collection can take place from our office no matter how late your flight arrives, onwards from the check-in time.
Additionally we provide a great amount of amenities for you so that you don't have to worry about buying it before arrival. These include: hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, dishwashing tablets, 2 rolls of toilet roll for each bathroom, sponge, dishwashing soap, wipes, and towels.
