It is also within walking distance to more shopping centres such as El Corte Ingles, and Centro Plaza with further restaurants and shops and is close to the market and the Casino. Directly outside the urbanization, there are taxis, buses and a grocery store that is open around the clock. Marbella city/harbour is approx. 8 km away and the nice beach promenade allows you to walk all the way there. And why not take the catamaran back? There is a large pleasant living room with an open kitchen and dining area, from here you can find the lovely terrace, perfect for enjoying the Marbella sun. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all kitchen appliances needed for a pleasant stay.

Parking is included and is in a guarded garage under the property. WiFi and TV channels are available. Air conditioning and heating are available. The urbanization is perfect for children and has disabled access. There is an elevator from the garage or the entrance up to the apartment.

There are three pools, plus a children’s pool. Free sunbeds can be found by the pool area, as well as a padel court. The urbanization is a lovely gated community.
