It is comfortable, is very light, and is 130 m2. The terraces has an extra 120 m2. It has views from
both floors over the Mediterranian and over La Concha, the mountain behind Marbella. It also has
views over the swimming pools, one for adults and one for the kids.
The apartment is located 200 meters from San Pedro Beach along the beach promenade called
Paseo. The beach is sandy, and around the Paseo lots of restaurants by the sea. If you walk up
against the town, 10 minutes away, you find an additional 15 restaurants before you enter the city
center.
In the town you can find lots of places to eat, take a coffee, take a drink or eat a tapas or two.
A Supermarket (Carrefour) is 500 m away. San Pedro Busstation is 700 m away, taking you by bus
