This beautiful apartment is amazingly located with easy access to restaurants, bars and beaches around the corner. The walking distance to Puerto Banus is 1 km. Central Marbella is only a short 5-minute drive away, so this property is located fantastically for trips to the lovely old town. The apartment has 3 beautiful bedrooms and is decorated beautifully. There is a large terrace, perfect for enjoying the Marbella sun, and there are 2 swimming pools for use within the urbanisation. Both pools are open all year round, one being a larger size, and another that is heated during the off-season, from November to March. There is a spacious living room with an Apple TV, and a gorgeous open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
